I am renovating a mid size apartment myself on weekends. Looking for help please reply to ad with hourly rate for following activities. I put estimated dates but these can be moved around as long as occurs on the weekend. Respond with hourly rate and experience. I may be interested in fixed prices for work feel free to send a estimate. Fixed work can be done weekdays but paid on weekends. Weekend of these dates: Painting 7/1 - Tiling kitchen floor and grouting 100 sq feet. Weekend of 7/8 - Installing kitchen cabinets Weekend of 7/15 - plumbing install 3 way valve with rain shower out of ceiling, etc. Also, setting and plumbing tile reddi shower base. 7/22 - tiling shower walls 75 sq feet including a niche 7/29 - tiling bathroom floor 30 sq ft, 4 window install, patio door glass install 8/6 - Hardwood flooring prefinished 480 sq ft
