Theres a nutcase in Plattsburgh claiming to have a rescue for birds. I politely inquired, asking if they were licensed and they went absolutely crazy, so likely a scam and/or flipper looking for free birds. (Kinda scary to know there’s people like this just walking around) If youre needing to rehome a bird, always ask a fee and/or surrender to a reputable rescue!
