We have an opening for a Heavy Civil Construction Asphalt Paving Foreman Heavy Civil Construction ASPHALT PAVING FOREMAN (Whatcom County) Compensation: union scale + (must join the local union within the required timeframe before starting work) SIGN-ON BONUS NEGOTIABLE! We are looking for someone who can: * Supervise craft employees performing asphalt paving work to ensure productivity, and efficient use of materials and equipment. * Manage safety and quality expectations in the field. * Assist project team with project scheduling, planning, and documentation. * Enter and tracking craft employee timecards.Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalency. * Experienced in asphalt paving. * Experience supervising crews.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Knowledgeable in commercial, residential, and highway paving procedures, practices, equipment, and testing procedures.
