Extremely busy home remodeler /investor who remodels homes thru out Florida, we are loaded up in Orlando and surrounding areas and are seeking painters. Must know residential painting. Inside and outside. Must have a sprayer and own tools such as a pressure washer. Pay is based on experience. Must have own transportation as well. We pay piece work. How it works is $20-$25 hourly x estimated time to do a certain piece work. Once piece work is completed, i pay within minutes per zelle or Venmo. Must have either.
