This a full time position. Pay: $13 to start $14.00 per hour after training. Paid holidays. If you are needed to drive your own vehicle to job sites, you will be reimbursed for travel expenses. Vacation hours accrue at a rate of.04 hour for every hour worked. For example: after 100 hours of work you will have 4 hours of vacation accrued. Schedule: Sunday (Day shift) Mon - Thursday (Evening) Responsibilities: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must be willing to clean restrooms. Must be able to work evenings.
