LOST: 1 year old Tabby Cat named Hulu

My tabby cat, Hulu went missing around 6/23/22 in the Norfen Rd./Scotia Rd. intersection near Virginia Avenue in Halethorpe. She was wearing a pink collar with her name on it and a phone number. She additionally has a tag indicating she is chipped and a big black GPS tracker (which isn't working). She is very timid. If you see her, please contact me! I miss her so much!
