We play mostly indie rock/pop. I relocated to the area a couple years ago and am now looking to find a group to play gigs, rehearse and have fun. My work requires for me to travel a few times per month during the week, but I am usually always available most weekends. I also play bass, but typically don’t sing and play at the same time and prefer to sing You are the light of my life, the peanut butter to my jelly. I am a female lead vocalist, ukulele player and songwriter, occasional autoharp/harmonica/recorder dabbler. Other vocals a plus. Ability to play fills and either memorize a solo or improvise on your instrument a must. Some room for additional songwriting, but must be willing fit the style. The main repertoire already established. Preference for people that have experience, who enjoy working with female singers and are willing to dress up and create an atmosphere. I work best with mellow personalities, light or no drug/alcohol use, and not religiously political.
