Please join me in this outdoor vinyasa flow where we will work to cultivate our inner strength and connection to the feminine energy within. The flow and postures will be specific to tapping in and bringing to light this energy that is in all of us; and in this community-focused class, the energy will be palpable! The goal is to then use this as we go forth in our lives to empower each other always and be the gateway for change. Return to strength, return to love, return to compassion. Please help me raise awareness for womens rights and continue the fight for our voices to be heard, together we go farther! *This will be a cash donation based class and all proceeds will be given to Planned Parenthood for their efforts to provide medical treatment and contraceptives to women in need and who otherwise would not have access to.
