Demo/Drywaller Needed

Position is for a demo and drywall person. Must have valid drivers license and SSN. Offer is for a 1099 position. Must have own demolition and drywalling tools. Reliable transportation is a must. Also if you don’t have a truck, don’t bother to apply. Work to be performed will be in large apartment complexes, and is consistently coming. Demo will include carpet, baseboard, countertops, cabinet doors and some smaller items. There will also be a small pony wall to cut down. Drywall is minor. But will require a bit of texturing. Each unit takes about 1- 1 1/2 days to demo and drywall. Average is 2-3 units per week.
