Fresco Painting, LLC is a local painting company currently expanding & growing. We are searching for a Crew Foreman to manage & take over ongoing projects full-time. We are primarily located in Pensacola. However, our projects are sometimes located in Perdido, Navarre, Santa Rosa, & surrounding areas. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following: Work truck; At least one dedicated crew member; Experience in painting, popcorn removal, power/pressure washing, & minor repairs; Appropriate tools/materials to complete projects; A pride in quality work & with completing projects on time & dedication to start early & leave late to get the jobs done on a set schedule! We value our Crew Foreman & pay an extremely fair amount per project. We keep a set schedule of projects lined up so there is no gap in work/pay. All the business side is handled by our team, so the Crews can just focus on showing up & getting the work done properly. This position may not be for you if your work is sloppy and/or unprofessional. If showing up to a project at 8am will be a struggle, this is not the right fit for you.
