Eugenio's wines from Portugal will be paired with small bites from Chef David. You will learn some of the classic food and wine pairings as well as some tragic mistakes to be easily avoided. Eugenio will teach you how to avoid making pairing mistakes that can ruin a night out, or your dinner party. Eugenio will provide wine notes and Chef David will include recipes.
