You don't want to miss hearing from Drs. Britton & Bobbye Wood! Bobbye and Britton have been leading marriage enrichment and single adult relationship seminars and conferences for over 44 years of their 65 plus years of marriage. Bobbye is the retired head of English at Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth. Britton is a marriage and family therapist. He is also a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE). Together they have led relationship conferences in Australia, Spain, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, and England. They are the past President Couple for the Texas Better Marriages Council and the international Better Marriage Board. They have been designated national Ambassadors for Better Marriages. They are recipients of the David and Vera Mace Medal for their outstanding work in marriage education worldwide. They are the authors of twelve books¸ either together or individually, all on relationships. They currently are founders and leaders of the grant to develop MEG Programs in Tarrant County. The Woods live in Fort Worth. Bobbye is active in her bridge group and she does Jazzercise each day. Britton is enjoying walking, playing tennis and pickle ball. They love to travel, go to museums and to be involved in their church. Is this Healthy Marriage Conference faith-based? Although many of our founders and speakers are people of faith, the conference welcomes all people and all faiths.
