Sailing crew needed for new sailboat

We have a new 2022 Hanse 458 (45') sailboat which I will be using to take various clients, customers, partners and other business prospects and contacts out on for fun on the bay. This new boat is simply not possible to singlehand (vs the Beneteau 41 we had before), and difficult to sail even with a crew if they aren't knowledgeable about sailing. I need an experienced first mate who is keen get out on the bay and get paid as well. Ideally you'll have completed ASA 101 and 102 and preferably 103 or 104 -- OR-- you'll need to be able to convince me that you're a proficient sailor who is comfortable taking the helm of a modern sailing vessel, and being an all around asset while we're out. Ideally you'll help prep and also wrap after we're done. Frequency-- 2 to 3 times a month, 3-4 hours at a time, usually later in the afternoons (3 or 4pm till 7 or 8), probably mostly on weekdays.
