the abortion ban is illegal because it violates the separation of church and state they wish to ban abortion and contraception based on religious beliefs that is illegal in this country per the founding fathers . as a man, i think women should decide this issue abortion is unfortunate, and the issue is much more complex than a stupid court case with idiot lawyers it is a decision that should be made with family, friends and supporters, priests, rabbi and imam politicians should not be involved at all
