OP/ the abortion ban is illegal because it violates the separation of church and state they wish to ban abortion and contraception based on religious beliefs that is illegal in this country per the founding fathers . as a man, i think women should decide this issue abortion is unfortunate, and the issue is much more complex than a stupid court case with idiot lawyers it is a decision that should be made with family, friends and supporters, priests, rabbi and imam politicians should not be involved at all ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Killing a baby is a religious belief? Having a abortion at 9 months is not a crime? In most european countries it is. More black babies are aborted then are born. Is that a good thing. What the decision does is to let the people vote on it. It is a states issue. Nothing to do with church and state. If it was as you say it is then we should not be funding it with tax dollars.
