Join us for a fun afternoon of DIY and garden therapy at Clover Sports & Leisure in River West. Create a succulent or air plant terrarium with friends and drink creatively! The MASH-UP! Our most popular event is back! At this event we bring a collection of pots, vases, vintage pottery, hanging globes, you never know what you are going to find! We also bring all of our different decorative elements, so instead of a single project theme, you can really get creative and design a terrarium that makes your heart happy. We will have succulents as well as air plants to choose from at this event. A little DIY, some self care, a whole lot of fun—digging and drinking with friends is the goal of this event. You will learn about succulent and air plant care, as well as helpful design techniques and tricks. This helpful information will prepare you to properly care for your new terrarium.  Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through the project in about 1.5 hours. This is the event where you really unleash your creativity!  We provide all the planting supplies: a solid container, soil, plants, rocks, decorative elements, smock and a great selection of succulents and air plants. This event begins promptly at the scheduled time above. **If you would like to sit with friends or have a large party, come early to reserve your seats. **Due to limited space you must have a ticket to sit in the designated event area. Seating availability is on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in eating, it is best to arrive about an hour early and let them know you are attending the Cactus & Cocktails Event. *Please note, this garden party is only for adults age 21 and older and this is NOT a BYOB event--ALL food and drink must be purchased at the restaurant.  NO food or drink is included with your ticket price.
