Two parakeets with cage all accessories

I have two parakeets one male and one female. The male is spangled white/yellow/teal and the female is an albino with red eyes. They are not tame but it maybe possible to tame the male. They chatter but are completely quite when the lights are turned off or dimmed. In addition to seed they eat fruits and vegetables and need clean water in their dish daily. I have a water bottle attached but they prefer a dish to bath in also. They need to be let out every few days for a few hours. They will go back in on their own.
