I’m renting out half my shop space. It is a working metal shop so be mindful that there is noise, sparks and some dust. Ideally would be great for another small scale metalworker, welder, someone who works on bikes or motorcycles, but I’m open to all crafts that would be compatible in this space. It’s about a 20’x7, space. Access to slop sink and 220v outlet if needed. $350 a month utilities included. There is no bathroom but I’m planning on making an outhouse for the land.
