WANTED: siding installation specialist including wrapping and wood rot replacement. This project has a lot of wood rot, including a sill issue. You must know how to handle this properly. Project is off Sugar Creek and Eastway. We require at least 3 references and photos of your work. Prefer individual/company who is insured, but will consider other. would ideally like to start as soon as possible, but there is flexibility. Paying $25-$45/human hour (that's $52k-$93k/year) Please do not respond if this pricing does not work for you. (We can discuss a flat rate, but it's easier to talk in terms of how long it will take, add a cushion, and then convert to a flat rate.).
