I own two rental properties nearby each other in Salisbury that have roofs that are leaking. I need them patched to hold 6 months to a year without leaking. I need the shingles to near match (I know its impossible for a perfect match but it should be close). I am willing to pay $300 for a professional roofer technician to coordinate with the tenants to schedule a time to assess the damage and repairs needed, match the shingles to the nearest color and style at home depot and make the repairs. I am looking for a tar job (putting sealant) on an potential problem spots, and a repair of any damaged shingles. I am looking to keep the roofs from leaking for at least 6-12 months. I am willing to pay $300 now and an additional $100 if there are no leaks within 9 months.
