Palletizing a small walk behind sweeper

I'm trying to purchase a small walk behind sweeper from the Denver post office. The employee's are not allow to touch it due to liability. I need to get it onto a pallet so I can have an LTL carrier pick it up. It's fairly small and one person would be able to pull it up onto a pallet, and it would need to be secured with 2 straps. You would need to be able to provide the pallet, go to the Post office and mount it on the pallet. I doubt it would take you more than 30 min. any questions, feel free to ask.
