Are you that “superstar” Maintenance Technician, who has experience in all aspects of residential property maintenance? That special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous, has a “can-do” attitude and will have solid plumbing, electrical, painting, and apartment turnover experience? Then we want to meet with YOU! This is an ideal position for someone who lives in Woodland or Davis, California. DUTIES Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas and amenities. Must have the knowledge, experience and ability to perform: Work orders and unit turnovers Plumbing repairs Electrical repairs Appliance repairs Drywall repairs/painting HVAC repairs a plus – if working with refrigerant, we require that you have HVAC license All other maintenance tasks associated with the daily upkeep of the apartment community QUALIFICATIONS • We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential properties • Tax Credit inspections a huge plus • Highly motivated and able to work independently • Works clean and efficiently • Excellent organizational skills; attention to details, strong verbal and written communication skills • Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with tenants, providing exceptional maintenance service at all times • Outstanding maintenance service skills The ideal candidate will have their own tools.
