For an EggFest to be successful, we need cooks!
Scenic City EggFest is a fun opportunity for you and your friends to showcase your talents on the Big Green Egg. Cook team check-in will be from 7am-8am. Each team will receive (2) Scenic City EggFest t-shirts and a team goodie bag valued at more than $100.
What do we supply?
Big Green Egg(s), lump charcoal, fire starters, convEGGtor, (2) 6ft folding tables, (1) table cloth, (2) folding chairs, hand sanitizer, plastic cutting board, paper towels, paper towel holder, napkins, forks, tooth picks, paper foot boats, disinfecting wipes, team name/city sign.
Also available, if needed: ice, instant read thermometers, food prep gloves, gallon baggies, aluminum food trays,
What do teams need to bring?
Teams should bring enough food to serve samples from 10:00am to 2:00pm, as well as any other items such as grilling utensils, knives, heat resistant gloves, extra chairs, canopy, extra table cloth, cooler,
People's Choice Competition
Teams will have the choice to enter either the Backyard Grillers division or the Pro Grillers division. Attendees will be be given a voting ticket to cast in each divsion. Voting closes 1:30pm and winners will be announced at 2:00pm.
