Emy will be in the grass East of the fountain and North of Colins Quarter Forsyth. She'll have a sign with the Emily Ruth Health logo on it. Just like pictured above. Please join us for a 20 minute meditation and stay to connect with your fellow meditators. Bring whatever props and seating you need to be comfortable outdoors. Umbrellas, bug spray, etc. may be necessary. If we're already in meditation, please quietly join the circle. We look forward to sitting with you and sharing the power of group meditation.
