Kittens Need Urgent Care - Help or Suggestions Please

There are two kittens outside/under my shop. I tried to catch them the other day and couldn't but noticed they had some sort of eye infection. Now, they are coming up to me as if asking for help. I think they are blind now. Unfortunately, I am beyond broke and can't even buy eye drops for them. I'm not asking for money. If anyone knows what kind of eye infection this could be, has spare medicine, or is willing to take them to give them care then I'll be glad to hold them. I have two cats and am afraid to take them inside as I wouldn't be able to afford medicine if my two cats got sick. Also, if anyone knows what homemade cures there may be please let me know.
