Sunday, July 17, at Woodstock City Church Every year, some students go back to school without basic school supplies. In partnership with the Title I schools throughout Cherokee County, we can make sure all students have the tools they need to succeed. We’ve made it simple for you to make a difference. We will be collecting, sorting, boxing, weighing, and loading canned and dry goods throughout the day. This serving opportunity involves some heavy lifting and standing for more than an hour. Several volunteer times are available, so sign up for a time slot! Please click on the words "more information" after each shift listed above for specific information on what each shift entails. Also, more information will be emailed to you the week of the event. Anyone at least 8 years old may serve on the Sorting team only. An adult must accompany children 8-13 years old. We will do our best to accommodate any requests for groups to serve together.
