Must have a working knowledge of multifamily maintenance Must be familiar with hand-held tools and equipment Must have a valid driver’s license Must be deadline and detail-oriented Perform necessary work assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, service request, and make-readies in good working condition Repair major and minor issues with equipment and/or buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Oversee the make-ready process Maintain a clean community and a safe workspace Comply with safety regulations Perform other duties, as assigned
