You were wearing a red blouse and passed by me (blue ball cap, blue shirt, shorts) and my dogs sitting in the grass enjoying some shade on a nice, beautiful, warm day (Friday, June 24 around 1:30pm). My little dog is reactive to new people so he “ruffed” you up a bit (sorry! We’re working on it.) You caught my attention and it would have been nicer to say hi and exchange a smile than the plan my little dog had 😂🤦🏻‍♂️
