Custom Plenum for HVAC

Hello all, I'm posting again now that I have a better understanding of what I need. I need someone that has experience with Sheet Metal and HVAC. I need to make a custom plenum that has 3 exits. I'm trying to get more air into one of my rooms. Please see attached current set up I'm trying to replace. I believe I may need dampers and air balance, but I'll leave that up to your expertise. Please reply with an estimate on how much something like this may cost and what experience you have. Thank you
