Looking for General Handymen/Laborers/Carpenters/Landscapers

We're a construction company that specializes in residential projects. We own rental homes that we renovate and we are constantly buying new properties so we’re looking for candidates that are searching for a full-time/long-term commitment position. We’re seeking reliable General Handymen, Laborers, Carpenters, Landscapers and Painters. They are responsible for various on-site tasks, that include, but are not limited to: General cleanup Spackling and interior/exterior painting. General & finish carpentry Framing (Carpentry) Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Install/replace windows/doors Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, tiles and door frames. Drywall & taping Door lock replacement Minor sheetrock work Install/replace lighting fixtures Loading and unloading building materials Assisting/operating machinery/equipment Demo Minor landscaping Install/replace bathroom vanities and toilets/sinks Install/replace vinyl plank flooring General electric and plumbing Follow blueprints and building plans Qualifications & Experience: Construction: 2 years (preferred) Carpentry: 2-3 years (preferred) Painting: 1 year (minimum) Must have a regular, reliable attendance record Arrange own transportation to job site Valid driver’s license Background check required Photo samples of past work Personal and professional references upon request Must own and do maintenance to their own tools US work authorization Must own a direct deposit account for payroll Must be committed long term Must own a smartphone with the ability to take pictures Payment: Weekly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday (with the potential exception of some weekends)
