We serve the Greater Rochester area, providing highly detailed cleaning, maintenance, and managing services to local homes and offices. Our clients are busy, and our services enable them to focus on what's important to them. So we're looking for experienced, highly motivated individuals who bring attention to detail and a strong work ethic to the table. Our aim is to find several quality candidates within the next month who will be partnered up in the field to deliver the quality service our growing client list has come to rely on. If this is you, read on! A few requirements: -Must be available every day, including weekends, from the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM. (some exceptions apply) -Must be able to provide certificate of business insurance. -Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive it. -Must have a working smart phone with GPS always active to use our software. -Must be punctual, with solid communication skills and the ability to deal with clients. -Must fill out a 1099, as you'll be a contractor paid by each job via direct deposit through our software.
