Team Lead Details: Havas street is hiring a reliable and energetic Part Time TL to represent a probiotic beverage for a sampling program in (city)! • Hourly Pay - $40/hr. (W-2 Employee) • Contract dates: July 11, 2022 – October 3, 2022 (Might shift slightly) • Training date: July 5th Responsibilities: • Assist with managing, training, and scheduling team of Brand Ambassadors • Aid with event recaps and ensure all set ups are up to brand standard as needed • Assist with activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling and sponsored events • Oversee set up and breakdown of event footprint as needed • Assist with and overseeing branded company vehicle (cargo van) • Assist with managing storage unit and product & assets inventory Requirements: • 1+ yrs. of team lead exp. • Valid DL and clean driving record • Previous exp. driving branded company vehicle BA Details: Havas street is hiring reliable and energetic BAs to represent a probiotic beverage for a sampling program in (city)! • Pay Rate: $28-$34/hour (W-2 Employee) • Program Dates: July 11, 2022 – October 3, 2022 • Training Date: July 5th • (4) Activation days per week • Roughly 6-8 hours per shift Duties: • Set up and breakdown includes lifting heavy objects (50lbs) • Engage with consumers and relay brand messaging • Passing out sample sized product to consumers • Product drops at businesses and residential neighborhoods • T-shirt, cap, and mask will be provided Requirements: • Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask and gloves (provided) • Comfortable working on feet and outdoors throughout shift • Comfortable lifting heavy objects such as a backwall or serving counter • Have reliable transportation **There is an immediate need for staff, please email [email protected] with subject line: De Moines Probiotic good ness, your full name, contact info, and summary of experience with Brands !**
