Looking to start a slam grind or death metal band

I am a guitarist looking to start a slam, death more, or grind core band. Also goregrind would be cool too. Some inspirations would be devourment, carcass, malevolent creation, napalm death, viscera infest and many more. Would need a drummer and vocalist bassist can be optional. MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY FAST! preferable ages 17 - 20 420 friendly and stuff.
