Shingle Roof Tear off and Install

I have a slate roof that needs tore off, sheeted and shingled. Upper roof only. Roughly 18sq. I am looking for quotes must be fully insured. I have shingles and materials paid for ready for delivery. There isnt access to boom shingles to roof or I may have considered taking on the project. If you are not equipped to take on this project and complete this project please do not respond. I want this done right and in a timely manner and properly. This is not a easy project.
