my puppy of 7months by the name of Winston has gotten loose through a gate on a gated property at Cahuenga Blvd/ Victory blvd. on June 24th around 7-9pm He is a black french bulldog that has a internal chip. He is wearing a dark grey reflective collar. He has distinctive markings a black birth mark spot on his tongue and a white patch of fur shaped like a horn on his chest.
