Needs musicians for live shows

Hey there! I'm an established singer, songwriter, producer, influencer, and TEDx speaker formerly signed to Sony as a teenager making my slow comeback into the indie scene after a long break. My style is a range of pop, rock, and jazz. I have some live shows coming up starting July 31. I'm looking for musicians who want to dedicate time to rehearsing, playing with me, and building momentum. I'm looking for musicians that are passionate, have time to learn and rehearse, want to grow with me, learn quickly, and can improvise. I always try to pay the band, however, pay varies based on what the gig is offering. Some city-sponsored gigs suck at paying artists right now, but private gigs and festivals are a little better. If the pay is low then I'll pay the band and just put out a tip jar for the singer lol. And if it's a volunteer gig like Comfest, then I'll buy everyone food. :-D I plan to go all the way, not to stay in Ohio, but for right now I'd like to put on some phenomenal local shows.
