Hello. I recently adopted a German Shepard mix pup. He's 5 months old, neutered, and is caught up on all his shots. In great health and is very active. I have a small dog he is good with and was noted he is also good with cats. He knows commands such as sit, no, and off. House trained but needs to be taken out often as he is a puppy and sometimes can't hold it. I leave music on for him so he gets use to noise and doesn't bark at cars or people he hears outside. I've been taking him to the park everyday and running at least a mile or so and plays fetch. He still has plenty of energy afterwards, so an active owner and yard is idle. Very smart and quickly picks up house rules, like not to be in the kitchen. I've been kennel training him, he has progressed but continued training is a must. He does like to chew, so keeping shoes away is a good idea. Texas is a great companion and I would love to keep him, but I don't have the time to give him the proper training he deserves. Please only serious inquires. If you live in a apartment or don't have a yard he may not be the puppy for you as he will grow to be a fairly large dog.
