SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 24, 2022—Farbman Group, a leading Midwest full-service commercial real estate company, announced five new team members across the company's portfolio of properties and companies. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement. "We are happy to welcome these five new employees into the firm at a time of great growth and expansion for the firm," said Farbman. I can't wait to see what they accomplish with us." Farbman Group has welcomed Matteo Passalacqua as a senior property manager in Michigan. Passalacqua brings over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a master's degree in urban studies and planning from Wayne State University in Detroit. Barbara Sturges has joined Farman Group as property manager for Plato's Villas at San Marcos Apartments in Tallahassee, Fla. Sturges is entering the real estate business with an extensive background in customer service, primarily in the healthcare industry. Girish Patel has been hired as a property manager in Chicago. Prior to joining Farbman Group, Patel has served as a leasing consultant, assistant property manager and property manager for six years. He holds a bachelor's degree from N. Maharashtra in India. Farbman Group also welcomes maintenance technician, Jamel Hale, to the team. Hale will provide maintenance support for Farbman Group buildings located in the Ann Arbor area. Jamel has over 11 years of experience in residential maintenance before switching over to the commercial side in his new role. Paige Adamini has been hired to Farbman Group's construction company, Huntington Construction. Adamini brings five years of experience to her new role, having previously served as a project manager and estimator before joining the firm. She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
