Multi-instrument musician looking to start new shoegaze project

I'm a multi-instrument musician (guitar, bass, keys) that has been in several bands in New York and LA over the past 15 years. I'm now looking to start a new band more focused on 80s and 90s shoegaze, post-punk, slow core and dark wave influences but overall open to finding the right songwriting vibe with other musicians. I'll add that I am open to it being on the softer Slowdive side of things or on the heavier doom-gaze side of things as well. Think Echo and the Bunnymen to Swans and MBV all the way to Torche. Grivo is a good local example of the heavier side. I am a working professional so looking to rehearse 1-2 weeknights per week, record and gig locally mostly but also not opposed to small tours in the future. I have good gear and some experience recording and mixing as well. Hit me up if this sounds interesting to you. 30-50 is probably the ideal age range. Cheers.
