Need Covered Roof Over Patio Built

I am looking for a professional contractor to build a roof over my patio. I want simple but very sturdy. Nice stained wood with a shingled roof. I am open to suggestions but want it to last a long time and look great. When the patio was poured they installed piers for a future roof, so we are good there. It will be around 15'x15' and I would like electrical if possible for a fan and lights. There is an outlet very close by. I have attached pics of the back of my houses as well as some examples of patio roofs that we like. Again, we are up for suggestions on look. If you can, give me an estimate on costs. I do have a budget but don't want cheap work. If we are in the same ballpark I can have you out to take a look in person and finalize a price. I live is west Lees Summit off Pryor Rd.
