We are a local flipping company looking for a FULL TIME project manager + more to oversee various properties we are renovating. We have 1-4 houses under renovation per month all over Central Coast. Must have reliable transportation, cell phone and good communication skills. Need budget over sight, purchasing materials, job site inspections, invoices, etc. As part of the role and responsibilities, we have our PM disposition the properties via listing them on the market (no real estate license needed).
