Founder Rob McCoy to Discuss Industry-Wide Move to Cloud-Based Phone Systems DES PLAINES, Illinois (December 28th, 2020) - RAM Communications is teaming up with longtime industry partner Access One to offer a free lunch and learn webinar on Friday, January 22nd, focusing on how companies can make their telecommunications infrastructure more productive, convenient, and economical. The webinar consists of three sections. RAM Communications’ founder Rob McCoy will lead the segment titled “Economy through Hosted Telephony.” As typical phone system maintenance agreements get phased out, they are being replaced by remote moves, adds, and changes.
