Do you enjoy working outside, and take pride in your work? We are looking for a responsible individual for year round landscape and grounds keeping at our Lockport location (full time or part time). Must be willing to complete background check. Responsibilities Include: - mowing, trimming, beds and all areas consistent with property maintenance to perfection. - must be dependable, have mechanical aptitude, complete tasks with minimal supervision and take ownership and pride in your workmanship. - must be experienced in safely operating commercial mowers, equipment and power tools, starting with checking oil and greasing daily. - must be able operate equipment without damaging or having avoidable breakdowns. - if you consider yourself a handyman, we can utilize your skills with various projects at our facility. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
