Location Maintenance & Repair Technician - Pecanland Mall, LA Part-Time Salary: $472 per month; paid bi-weekly Plus $20.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement (Fitness clubs) Position has flexible hours (approx. 4 hour a week) - Great for retirees, mall walkers, or current mall employees looking for additional income! BASIC FUNCTION The Location Maintenance & Repair Technician is a part-time position, with direct responsibility for the strollers at the mall to include: financial management, equipment management, and relationship management. As well as fitness club locations that require massage chair service maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and repair of equipment Maintain clean equipment Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager Improve revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levels Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management Other assignments as needed. SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use EDUCATION Associates or Technical degree preferred LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Drivers license required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs. Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs Education Preferred Associates or better Licenses & Certifications Required Drivers License Skills Required Time Management Cleaning Problem Solving Flexibility Customer Service Communication Behaviors Required Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Motivations Required Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
