Small local construction company seeking part-time maintenance technician for 25 hours per week. Duties Include: - Work closely with HOA and Property Manager to determine needs of the 304 unit property - Upkeep standards of cleanliness and organization - Inspect property daily for maintenance needs - Daily tasks: trash removal, power washing streets and walkways, preventative maintenance: caulking, painting Required Skills: - Excellent communication, must speak and write English proficiently - Handyman skills including painting, stucco patching, power washing - People person - you will be interacting with residents often Set Schedule of 8:00am-1:00pm, M-F Golf Cart Provided
