Progressive San Diego CA based cabinetry company is currently seeking qualified Cabinetry Carpenters / Installers for employment. The qualified candidates shall have extensive knowledge of basic cabinet needs, installing glides, removing shelves in existing cabinet, drawer faces, cutting drawers, making organizers, and other misc finish carpentry needs. We are looking for a candidate that can handle part time hours with the opportunity for growth. Candidate will have a can-do attitude and the ability to make solutions. They will be comfortable asking questions, and interacting with home owners as needed during installs. Our current installers have freedome to take side jobs and commit working for us certain days of the week. So know we have lots of flexiblity. Our jobs are all over San Diego from Carlsbad to Chula Vista. Must have a minimal of C-6 license and be bonded. Possess skilled methods; and capabilities to install, retro-fit shelves, and accessories as required by the company's customers. The candidate shall be Drug / Substance free at all times. They shall have all their own tools and equipment for installing. A truck or vehicle, possess and provide a DMV report of a clean driving record. They must demonstrate they have current and valid proof of vehicle insurance. The candidate shall maintain a high degree of ethical behavior, excellent customer service skills and a good working attitude at all times. The individual selected will be provided with excellent pay as well as incentives for providing excellent working capabilities. Our carpenters are paid weekly after the successful completion of each job once they return the completed Customer Satisfaction Forms and work order. All training will be provided by the company.
