We are hiring property preservation contractors/ crews. Property preservation is the process of caring for the inside and outside of a foreclosed property. Typical property preservation maintenance work orders include painting, carpet removal and installation, lock changes, winterizing properties, debris removal, basic cleaning, and grass cuts and weed removal. A maintenance vendor needs to take photos to document property conditions, work completed and photos to support bids for work needed at a property. Experienced needed: Painting, carpet installation and removal, Lock change, debris removal, winterizations, lawn maintenance, snow removal, minor repairs, tree and shrub trimming, and bidding skills required Equipment needed: Smartphone, computer, compressor, generator, trailer/ truck for hauling, lawn and snow maintenance equipment, and snow removal equipment (when in season) tools etc.
