ABOUT THE FEATURED SPEAKERS: Yanira Cisneros is the Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Chair and the Bilingual Small Business Support Specialist for the Yakima County Development Association. She guides small business owners towards available resources and customized technical training workshops for owners needing the basic tools to operate their business successfully. Felicia Hernandez, CWHCC Vice-Chair is dedicated to keeping the community healthy by building and sustaining partnerships between healthcare and educational organizations to implement youth development programs, supporting school districts in trauma-informed instructional practices, and in culturally relevant family and community engagement practices.
