She was the first woman inducted into the Hall of Fame for weightlifting, the strongest woman in the United States, the first female fitness model for Powerlifting, and was ranked as one of the top-ten strongest women in the world. She has trained FBI, police, military, veterans, World’s Strongest Men, as well as the mentally and physically challenged. She has been a Kundalini, Vinyasa & Hatha yoga & intuitive fitness coach for over 20 years. She combines the power of breath work and visualization to get clients to their goals. Jessica is an ordained Metaphysical Minister and is part of the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary. Jessica has degrees and certifications in English 5-12 grades, public health, psychology, and a Masters in Linguistics, specializing in NLP, Dream Linguistics, Self-Hypnosis, and is pursuing her PhD in Metaphysical and Holistic Studies. She is a Shamanic Medicine woman, aromatherapist, meditation/mindfulness teacher, DNA activation specialist, energy shifter & intuitive, and specializing in women’s pleasure wellness. Jessica had a radio show for several years, did announcing for some sport teams, trained collage sports teams, led poetry readings and edited a magazine. She was also a guest on the Dr. Oz show. She has a heart to serve the world and has traveled to multiple third world countries on medical mission trips; to build schools, orphanages, and to help the underprivileged communities. Jessica believes her life is not her own, but a stage for God’s glory. She is a freedom seeker & adventurer who desires love, joy, passion, purpose and community.
