The 2022 Tour of Homes will feature six historically-significant and beautifully-decorated homes from the early to mid-20th century in Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff. The tour supports the Society’s mission to establish interest in and preserve the historic record of these two dynamic communities. Attendees will get to view the interior and outdoor living space of all homes and receive a tour brochure with home biographies. The Society's tour is only held every three years; the 2022 tour is our 15th edition. A VIP Event will precede the tour and include brunch and cocktails at a local eatery, along with an hour of private viewing of tour homes (for VIP ticket holders only). Plan now to enjoy a beautiful Fall Sunday afternoon walking through these two unique neighborhoods and some of their most notable homes. Tickets are limited and go on sale June 1. Advance ticket purchase is recommended. No refunds will be available for this event. General tour and VIP tickets can be purchased in advance until 10AM on Saturday, October 1. On tour Sunday, October 2, general tour tickets can be purchased in person at 1621 West First Avenue (in Grandview Heights). Tickets will not be sold at the individual tour homes on the day of the tour. Children 12 and older are welcome to attend; all tour attendees regardless of age must have a ticket.
